Our aim is to keep volumes low with quality at the very highest standard whilst always making ourselves accessible to clients and candidates alike. Our local, national and international market knowledge is unique in the Midlands and the North of England.

Our business ethos is based on us using our joint financial and business experience to understand precisely the requirements of each and every client and candidate. We tailor our services to match their needs.

Our Experience
Collectively, we have 40 years experience in recruitment and therefore, our knowledge, experience and skill base represent one of the most concentrated pools of expertise in the East Midlands and North West. Our aim is to focus on what we enjoy, which is adding value through high quality hands on recruiting. We all get real satisfaction from matching our candidates to the job that they want, giving them valuable career advice, instilling them with confidence, helping clients who are under-resourced, and consulting them on the best way to structure their business. We joined together as a team, because we have the same goal of wanting to work smartly and effectively in a focused, professional environment.

Disciplines
We recruit in finance and IT but additionally across other disciplines, including, legal, sales and marketing, engineering, and human resources. Whilst we use traditional recruitment techniques, we believe that personal search and selection from recruiters of our experience allows us to differentiate our business. This is particularly useful for clients with very specific recruitment criteria in terms of skills and competencies.

Markets
As well as permanent recruitment, we also represent interim managers and can supply short term resourcing solutions of a temporary and permanent nature. 

Locations
Our offices are based in Lockington, Derbyshire near Junction 24 of the M1 and Stockton Heath in Cheshire. These locations allow us to meet candidates from a wide geographical area.

Flexibility
Our flexible approach to work enables us to meet tough deadlines dictated by the needs of our clients and candidates. This is especially important in terms of temporary and contract recruitment. The ability to access our database remotely allows us to source candidates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and work onsite or remotely with clients as required.
