Executive Search
Executive Search (or 'headhunting') is the methodology used when a client has a highly specific requirement for skills and background. Through existing market knowledge combined with research and client direction we are able to source individuals who may not ordinarily be actively looking for a change in role. Our approach is extremely discreet and confidential. This method is sometimes preferable to a public or advertised campaign when the exercise is particularly sensitive.

Retained Advertising and Selection
A retained service involving detailed briefing, interview and selection of a shortlist from a combination of advertised response and database search. The process will be managed through to completion with retained elements of the fee being only payable on your satisfaction.

Advertising
We can handle the whole process for you. From advice on selecting the appropriate media, writing the copy for your approval right through to placement of the advertisement and dealing with all the response.

Retained Selection
A retained service in which the client is provided with dedicated resources to take the briefing, interview candidates and select a shortlist from our extensive database. The process will be managed through to completion with retained elements of the fee being only payable on your satisfaction.

Contingency Recruitment
A 'success only' fee service where we provide candidates from our database. The fee is payable upon completion and the process carefully managed from start to finish.

Temporary, Contract and Interim
We are able to provide short and medium term solutions at all levels from   Director to Part Qualified on a temporary, contract or interim basis. A particularly effective method for dealing with additional workload as a result of seasonal demand, projects, unforeseen circumstances, etc. At the senior end of the spectrum there are tangible savings to be made using our database of experienced professional as opposed to more traditional management consultancies.

Providing behavioural / psychometric assessments, aptitude and ability tests, job profiling and skills tests we can help organisations recruit, retain, develop and train their people.
