I joined the Trust in December 2007, having worked in the private sector for the majority of my professional career. Since joining the Trust I have worked closely with the Board to ensure we have the strongest possible Senior Management team in place. Our Executive Team is drawn from a variety of sectors, and we work together to deliver our passion and ambition - to ensure that our service users and carers are put at the heart of everything that we do.
As a Trust we have embarked on one of the most important projects in our history; to become a successful NHS Foundation Trust. As our Director of Finance and Informatics you will play a key role in ensuring the success of this application and that we achieve our goal during 2009. The provision of a first class finance and informatics service is critical to the success of both the FT application process and the continuing success of the Trust .
Our organisation is developing rapidly and you will join at a time when the relationships with our partners are strong, where there are opportunities to broaden our service offering and client base and a clear national drive to raise the standards and profile of mental health service provision.
