INTRODUCTION

Intraining and Rathbone Training are both divisions of NCG, a leading national training, skills and employment provider in the UK. Our employability and training solutions aim to create better futures for individuals, families, businesses, and communities.

Our vision

Unlocking Potential Through Learning. That’s the simple goal at the heart of everything we do, working with government, employers and partners to help thousands of people start or develop a career.

Our purpose

To be the premiere training and apprenticeship provider UK wide.  To engage young people who are not in education, employment or training, and to enable young people to reach their full potential, building a talented workforce through high quality education and training. Providing employers and individuals with apprenticeships, skills and qualifications that make a real difference in the workplace.

Our reach

With a nationwide network of colleges and training centres and around 2,500 staff, we work with thousands of learners and businesses every year, regionally and nationally, to help them reach their full potential and build a talented workforce through high quality education and training.

Our impact

As both a training provider and British youth charity, we transform the lives of young people through learning. With centres in England, Scotland, and Wales, we reach over 10,000 people each year. We provide programs to improve Maths and English whilst gaining qualifications and valuable work experience.

We also offer apprenticeships in a range of employment sectors and run specialist provision for young people aged 14+ who are partially or fully excluded from school, including street level outreach projects to engage young people who are not in education, employment or training. Safeguarding of the young people and adults we work with is a priority.

Our Values

Our values are not just about what we do, but also about how we do things. Our values drive our behaviours and determine how we work with each other.
As part of NCG we ascribe to three values:

Being open and honest: The truth builds trust and respect

Ownership: taking responsibility for what we do

Valuing our people: It all starts with our people
