As a Foundation Trust we are embarking on one of the most important times in our history. Over the last four years we have made great strides forward in improving the quality of our services and the stability of our financial position. We have an exciting future ahead of us with a major redevelopment of Women’s and Children’s Services that will establish us as a Centre of Excellence within the Region. We are already receiving both national and international recognition for our ground-breaking work in improving safety, quality and productivity using lean methodology – known as BICS - the Bolton Improving Care System.
